Nestled within the rolling landscape of the mountains of Santa Barbara, this collection of guest cottages was conceived as a playful yet highly curated interpretation of California agrarian living.  Platner Studio approached the interiors with a layered and expressive sensibility balancing color, vintage character, and collected furnishings with an underlying sense of refinement and cohesion.

Rich tonal moments, patterned textiles, natural materials, and unexpected combinations create interiors that feel soulful, vibrant, and deeply personal. While whimsical in spirit, the project remains grounded in thoughtful restraint and timeless detailing, resulting in spaces that feel inviting, sophisticated, and effortlessly lived in.
